Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruit top talent, and manage P&L across a busy Kentucky branch. You will build business plans, grow new and existing accounts, and ensure service levels and SLAs are met.

The role emphasizes coaching Recruiters, optimizing operations, on-boarding new clients, and maintaining compliance with labor laws, while delivering strong customer service and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop plans, and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Coach, train, and mentor recruiters.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; monitor expenses.
• Set and monitor pay and bill rates; on-board new customers.
