Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by building new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and managing P&L for the Kentucky branch. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience preferred.
• One year supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and reduce lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR managers.
• Lead branch performance: manage day-to-day activities, coach recruiters, and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L; develop revenue/expense forecasts and budget.
• Monitor workers’ comp/unemployment claims to control costs.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and local recruiting relationships.
