Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Lead branch team, coaching Recruiters and managing performance.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
• Set pay and bill rates; oversee collections and credit checks.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessment, and invoicing.
