Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, grow a diverse client portfolio, and drive bottom-line results in a fast-paced staffing environment. You will oversee recruitment, training, and day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include strategic account growth, budgeting, and ensuring SLA adherence, with a focus on people development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, including new clients and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets and are fulfilled.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and teams.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Develop recruitment strategies and digital presence with local relationships.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiations.
