Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a track record of increased responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new clients and manage contractor talent.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost controls to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch talent; coach recruiters and staff.
• Manage client relationships with HR and Operations, ensuring service excellence.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership and clients.
• Oversee credit references, risk assessment, and onboarding of new customers.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, notices, licenses, and ASLs.
