The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive business plans, recruit and develop top talent, and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates. You will lead a team to grow accounts, manage P&L, and ensure operational excellence across the branch.

You will work with client HR and operations teams, set pay/bill rates, and monitor KPIs to achieve growth and high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Mansioni

• Grow and retain accounts while expanding client base.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership.
