Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and 5+ years in related work.
• Two years direct sales experience with demonstrated growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in a sales/service role.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute business plans to grow new clients and expand revenue.
• Lead branch team, recruit, train, and develop top talent.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Maintain strong client relations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams.
