Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is looking for a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruit and develop the branch team, and deliver top service to candidates and clients. You will manage P&L, budgets, and strategy while building strong relationships with HR and operations partners.

Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the branch.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Experience interacting with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to set priorities, schedule tasks, and present formally.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients to increase revenue.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met with high satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with HR and operations stakeholders.
• Coach and develop branch staff to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control measures.
• Lead recruitment and branch revenue/expense forecasting.
• Monitor workers' comp and unemployment claims to minimize costs.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and regular team reviews.
