Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and lead a high-performing branch team. You will own sales plans, recruitment strategies, branch budget, and P&L while delivering excellent client and candidate service.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure SLA adherence, and develop strategies to improve fill rates and customer satisfaction. This role demands strategic oversight and hands-on leadership across operations and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience leading a sales or service team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and manage branch revenue.
• Lead branch P&L, budget, and cost-control initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff and maintain service quality.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and monitor SLA compliance.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Maintain relationships with HR, Operations and client contacts.
