Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy team, drive growth with existing and new clients, and deliver top-notch staffing solutions. You will oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control while coaching recruiters and supporting staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will partner with HR, operations, and client leaders to understand business needs, negotiate terms, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow, retain, and expand client accounts; develop plans to win back lost accounts.
• Manage client SLAs, lead regular business reviews, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to align client needs with staffing solutions.
• Lead day-to-day performance of branch staff, coaching recruiters and support teams.
• Develop branch revenue and expense forecasts; oversee branch P&L and budgets.
• Monitor workers’ compensation and unemployment claims to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with notices, licenses, and collection of receivables.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and foster a positive work environment.
