The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, retention, and service delivery in our local branch. You will drive new client acquisition, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure profitable operations through effective P&L and cost controls.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team while delivering top-tier service to candidates and clients. The role requires leadership, sales excellence, and a deep understanding of staffing industry dynamics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for client issues with HR/Procurement/Operations.
• Develop and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, monitoring costs.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch team.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Oversee branch recruitment strategies and recruiting activities.
