• Minimum three years sales experience.
• Minimum two years managerial experience.
• Licensing in Life/Health Insurance within 18 months of entry.
• M&T Way Certified and Precision Leadership Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and business development to achieve annual branch goals.
• Lead and develop branch staff through coaching and performance management.
• Identify customer needs and drive solutions with Retail and Business Banking products.
• Prospect and grow Business Banking relationships in the community.
• Ensure compliance with risk controls and regulatory requirements.
• Own complex account servicing and resolve escalations.
• Manage staffing, interview process, and performance appraisals.
• Oversee loan requests up to $250,000 and bundle products.
• Maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
• Spend time servicing customers and growing the business.
• Build partnerships across the bank to resolve issues.
