Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• 2 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operating model including customer and employee experience, digital engagement, transactions and sales.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking customers' needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Source and process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000.
• Ensure regulatory, operational, security, and control compliance.
