Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of sales experience.
• Minimum two years of managerial experience.
• Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic PC/software.

Responsibilities

• Directs branch sales and business development to meet annual goals.
• Leads and coaches the branch team to achieve performance targets.
• Identifies customer needs and provides solutions per M&T processes.
• Builds Business Banking relationships and community presence.
• Hires, interviews, and staff development.
• Ensures compliance with policies, risk controls, and security.
• Handles complex account servicing and issue resolution.
• Manages loan processing up to $250,000 and bundles services.
• Maintains internal controls and external audit points.
• Fosters collaboration with bank partners.
