Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, plus 3+ years of sales and 2+ years of management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience.
• Insurance licensing within 18 months (training provided).
• M&T Business Banking Specialist within 18 months of hire.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common PC software.

Responsibilities

• Directs branch sales and business development to hit annual goals.
• Coaches and develops branch staff.
• Builds and grows Business Banking relationships through outreach.
• Ensures regulatory and risk controls are followed.
• Owns complex customer account servicing and issue resolution.
• Manages staffing, performance, and salary recommendations.
