M&T Bank Corporation in Newark, NJ seeks a Branch Manager to lead the branch team toward annual sales and profitability goals, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure excellent customer and employee experiences. You will drive business banking relationships and coordinate with partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, with prior sales and managerial background, and an emphasis on risk controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, OR, in lieu of degree, Four (4) years’ relevant experience.
• Minimum three years sales experience
• Minimum two years’ managerial experience or proven leadership abilities.
• Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry into position.

Responsabilités

• Directs overall profitability by leading sales and business development and achieving annual goals.
• Coaches and develops branch staff and manages performance.
• Identifies customer needs and bundles products/services to provide short and long term solutions.
• Maintains compliance with operational risk controls and regulatory standards.
