• Lead branch team and develop employees; coaching and performance management.
• Promote fraud-prevention tools and educate customers on fraud risks.
• Build relationships with local community; represent bank at events and contribute to brand awareness.
• Maintain internal control standards and audit readiness; support regulatory reviews.
• Meet and maintain SAFE Act registration and related regulatory requirements.
