Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to work closely with the Branch Manager and staff to deliver exceptional client experiences in our branch. You will oversee daily operations, guide the team, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while promoting self-service options to enhance convenience for clients.

You will greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and build trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Maintain keen eye for detail and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, energetic branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and check them into the queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and identify specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking anytime, anywhere.
• Ensure adherence to loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
