Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
• College degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service atmosphere.
• Greet clients on entry and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide next steps.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
