Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activity, enhance client experiences, and ensure compliant, secure operations. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to guide staff, improve lobby flow, and promote self-service banking options.

The role emphasizes people leadership, accurate transaction processing, and proactive education of the branch team and clients. On-site work includes weekend/evening hours with comprehensive training and development

Qualifications

Adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
Maintains organization and attention to detail to juggle multiple tasks.
Leads and collaborates with branch team to ensure accurate transactions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and exceptional client experience.
Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
Explain self-service options and guide clients to use digital banking tools.
Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues.
Introduce clients to team members for specialized financial needs and trusted relationships.
Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain secure operations.
