Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and team to deliver a welcoming client experience. You will oversee daily operations, assist with transactions, and drive adoption of self-service options while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a capable team, manage lobby flow, and build lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and collaboration across branches.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain keen eye for detail and stay organized while juggling multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Build meaningful connections with clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere with exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless, caring service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking access any time, day or night.
• Support all aspects of branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits.
