Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase branch. You will partner with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming environment, assist clients with transactions, and promote self-service options while maintaining strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will lead branch operations, monitor risk and audits, and help develop the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
Educate and coach branch teams and partners.
Build relationships and refer clients to experts when needed.
1+ years of retail banking experience.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.
High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch environment.
Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to solutions.
Lead branch operations including cash devices, resolve issues, ensure accuracy.
Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
Support all branch operations, emphasizing loss control, compliance and audits.
