You will lead branch operations, welcome clients, promote self-service options, and help maintain loss control, compliance, and audits. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering a high-quality client experience.

• Lead branch operations, including cash devices; resolve issues while following bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations including loss control, compliance and audits.
