JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming client experience. You will also guide clients to self-service options and lead a small team in daily operations.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, maintaining branch controls, and coordinating with specialists to meet financial needs while sustaining policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• Available to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming in-branch atmosphere and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage with clients, understand needs, and guide them to self-service options as appropriate.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices like cash vault and ATM while ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support with specialized financial needs.
• Ensure seamless service and maintain high standards for loss control, compliance and audits.
