Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail orientation and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operations proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Educate and keep branch team informed and connected.
• Build client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED; ability to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during check-in.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Support all branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance, and audits.
