Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch and positive customer experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Understand client needs, check them in, and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, handle cash devices, resolve issues, ensure policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the team to deliver seamless service and trusted relationships.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support the Branch Manager in loss control, compliance, and audits.
