Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Ohio to oversee daily branch activities, ensure accurate transactions, and drive exceptional client experiences. You will work closely with the Branch Manager, lead a team of colleagues, and promote self-service tools to help clients manage their finances efficiently.

You will ensure compliance with policies and procedures, participate in loss-control measures, and train staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency.
• Ability to educate and empower the branch team and partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and meet their needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support Branch Manager to ensure loss control, compliance, and audits.
