Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and ability to stay organized while juggling tasks.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meeting scheduling to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve client issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and support complex financial needs.
• Explain self-service options to simplify the banking experience and promote account access anytime.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audit readiness.
