Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to supervise daily branch activities, guide staff, and ensure accurate processing of client transactions in compliance with bank policies.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver a welcoming, high-quality client experience. You will lead lobby processes, manage cash devices, and train teammates on procedures while promoting self-service options for customers.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements to run branch smoothly.
• Maintain accuracy and organization across tasks and processes.
• Lead and educate branch teammates to stay connected and informed.
• Build strong client relationships and educate clients on available services.
• Assist clients while guiding them to self-service options when appropriate.
• Requires 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings for relationship building.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients within the waiting queue for smooth visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while ensuring policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless, caring service and address specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
