Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail-oriented, organized approach to multiple tasks.
• Provide leadership and operational proficiency to ensure accurate transactions.
• Educate branch staff and partners to stay informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like cash vault and ATM, and resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
