Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to supervise day-to-day branch activities, ensuring precise handling of client transactions and strict adherence to policies. You’ll mentor staff, promote self-service options, and build lasting client relationships while maintaining high standards for compliance and audits.

Qualifications

• Committed to adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Ability to educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Strong client engagement skills with ability to refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
