Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to champion an engaging client experience in a busy branch. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to guide daily operations, assist with transactions, and promote self-service options while ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

You will oversee cash devices, lead the team, and drive loss control, audits, and secure operations, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients as they enter, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, resolve client issues, and ensure policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients any time.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control and audits.
