Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to foster a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clientsupon entry, manage lobby flow, assist with transactions, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch ops including cash devices (vault, ATM) and resolve issues per bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking for clients at all hours.
• Support all branch operations, maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
