You’ll guide staff, oversee daily branch operations, and promote self-service tools to simplify banking for clients.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing lobby flow, leading operations, and training team members to deliver consistent service across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming, high-service branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide visits smoothly.
• Manage cash devices, resolve client issues, uphold bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to give clients 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
