Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to be at the heart of branch activities, partnering with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional client experiences while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee daily branch operations, guide staff in delivering precise transactions, and promote self-service options to enhance the customer journey. The role emphasizes strong leadership, compliance, and client relationship development.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and stay organized.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Educate and inform branch teams and partners.
• Build meaningful client relationships and guide them to experts when needed.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help them.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Encourage self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support branch operations, losses control, compliance, and audits.
