Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to guide daily branch activities, ensure accurate transactions, and uphold regulatory compliance. You will work with the Branch Manager and staff to deliver outstanding client experiences and manage operations with a focus on risk and audit readiness.

You will educate and engage clients, promote self-service options, and lead a team to maintain a welcoming, compliant branch environment across schedules including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and staying organized for multitasking.
• Leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy and teamwork.
• Educate and keep branch team and partners informed.
• Engage clients, educate them, and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and manage waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, resolve issues with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to help clients access accounts 24/7.
• Support all branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
