Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to manage day-to-day branch activities, drive exceptional client experiences, and lead a team in delivering compliant, efficient service. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions and a welcoming environment.

You will guide staff, promote self-service options, and uphold strong controls while staying aligned with bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Follows bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Strong leadership and operational skills.
• Educates branch team and partners, keeps them informed.
• Educates clients and refers to experts as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and understand their needs.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support branch operations, uphold loss control, compliance, and audits.
