Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive exceptional client experiences in a busy branch. You will partner with the Branch Manager to foster a welcoming atmosphere, guide daily operations, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding bank policies and regulatory standards.

You’ll lead the team, train colleagues, and educate clients on self-service options, building lasting relationships. This role requires weekend/evening hours and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain detail and organization to juggle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Engage clients and educate them while referring to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, making them feel valued and appreciated; assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively; anticipate needs while checking them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues quickly while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to our friendly branch team, collaborating to deliver seamless service and elevate the client experience.
• Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with emphasis on loss control, compliance, and audits.
