You will greet clients, manage lobby flow, promote self-service options, and build lasting relationships with customers. Weekend and evening hours are required, reflecting branch schedule needs.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized while multitasking.
• Lead and operate branch activities with a collaborative team.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Engage clients and refer them to experts as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices such as vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Work with Branch Manager on loss control, compliance and audits.
