Job summary

Distribution International is hiring for a customer service oriented role at our branch. You will be the main contact for customers, handling orders and providing product information while working closely with sales and operations to fulfill orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world class service.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
