Distribution International is seeking a customer-focused professional to act as the branch's key customer contact, handling order support and product information for customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic math, and clear communication, with local travel and a requirement for a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Process dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
