Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a customer-focused representative to serve as the primary contact for our branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, basic math, and proficient computer skills. A valid driver's license is needed if driving for company purposes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world class service.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, analytics and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
