Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to act as the primary contact for our branch. You will provide order support and product information while collaborating with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

You will maintain a positive rapport with customers, utilize strong analytics, and perform basic math to process dealer orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
