Job summary

Distribution International, a leader in energy-efficient insulation and building materials, seeks a customer-focused team member to support branch orders and provide product information. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment and top-tier service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication and math skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Provide world-class service and maintain a positive rapport with customers.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support the order fulfillment process.
