Job summary

Distribution International in New Jersey is seeking a customer service representative to be the branch's key contact, handling order support and product information. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, basic math skills, and a professional, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and, if operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
