Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong math and communications skills, and a personable, energetic approach. Local travel (<10%) and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Process and review dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements.
