Job summary

DH Talent Partners is seeking a General Manager for our Boston, MA team. This role leads daily restaurant operations, builds a high-performing team, and delivers a consistently great guest experience while driving strong financial results.

You will own day-to-day performance, hire and coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and partner with leadership to improve performance. Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment is required, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safe,

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (restaurant management preferred).
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of P&L, labor, and inventory (or ability to learn quickly).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the floor as needed.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role and work around food allergens.
