Job summary

Bacardi in Massachusetts is seeking a Market Manager to lead on-premise execution and relationships across Boston and the broader state. You will manage about 25 influential accounts, drive sales targets and KPIs, and develop customer strategies and business plans with distributor teams and Brand Ambassadors.

As a market leader, you will partner with the State Manager and Regional Director to own the local sales plan, engage customers, and build sustainable relationships while delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
Ideally 3+ years of sales in spirits/beverages or hospitality.
Market leadership experience preferred.
Strong relationship building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and market direction to distributor teams.
Lead regular distributor and market team meetings and align partners on goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize performance and build opportunities.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts and create win‑win plans.
Manage budgets, pricing, promos, and ROI to drive profitable growth.
