Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking a BMS Sales Representative to drive growth in the Building Automation segment. You will initiate and nurture profitable relationships with new customers, leveraging local branch capabilities and digital service offerings.

Ideal candidates bring Building Automation sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective ABS solutions across construction, PM services, and maintenance agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS/Building Automation sales is preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers for Building Automation solutions.
• Schedule appointments and build a referral network.
• Conduct sales calls and present tailored ABS proposals.
• Develop and manage proposals for construction/plan-and-spec and maintenance agreements.
• Maintain customer relationships and service agreements; support collections process.
