Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Senior Specialist for Technical Evaluation and Proposals. You will generate technical and commercial proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Product offerings, collaborating with Sales and BD globally to win business.

You will lead cross-site collaboration, assess customer requirements, and craft pricing and timelines using internal tools, ensuring high-quality, industry-leading value propositions.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss needs with prospective customers to shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for biologics, GMP manufacturing, and related development services.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive programs from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales and Commercial Development to ensure profitability.
• Understand contractual terms and incorporate them into proposals.
• Proactive pipeline management for timely proposal development.
• Deliver on commitments to manage customer expectations for proposals.
• Assist with costing and pricing analyses for opportunity funnel.
